There are over 20 million edentulous people in the United States today. Those living with missing or damaged teeth have multiple options for replacement: complete, partial or implant retained and/or assisted hybrid dentures. Implants can help stabilize a denture or partial denture so that they are more retentive and even less bulky. All on 4 is a technique used to replace all missing teeth in a upper or lower arch. This is an example of using implants to support or retain completely the entire prosthesis. The prosthesis is screwed into the dental implants and it is not removable.
